Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure VIP preferences are honored.
- Train and supervise host team members, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Collaborate with the outlet management team to implement guest engagement strategies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the reception area.
Skills & Competencies
- Executive presence and professional grooming.
- Advanced guest service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to upsell and promote outlet offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Proven experience in European fine dining or luxury hospitality environments is essential; candidates with European exposure or background are strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; articulate and well-presented.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume guest flow.
Knowledge of reservation systems and front-of-house operations.
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
