Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized butler services such as unpacking/packing, wardrobe management, shoe care, and pressing.

Coordinate all guest requests, including dining reservations, spa bookings, transportation, and special occasions (e.g., celebrations, VIP arrangements).

Serve food and beverages in-suite following fine dining and luxury service standards.

Liaise closely with housekeeping, front office, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure seamless and discreet service.

Maintain detailed guest preference records to ensure repeat guests receive customized experiences.

Ensure suites and villas are prepared to the highest luxury standards at all times.

Handle VIP guests, royalty, and high-net-worth individuals with utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve any concerns immediately.

Uphold cultural sensitivity and respect local customs and traditions in the Middle East.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury or 5-star hotel, palace, or VIP setting (Middle East experience is an advantage).

  • A graduate of Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Certification in Butler Service or Hospitality Training (preferred).
