Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately load and update hotels contracts (New contracts, promotions, updates, stop sales).
  • Loading hotels policies (Allocation, release, cancellation, children policy, etc...).
  • Ensure the accurateness of all contracts entered in the system.
  • Revise the loaded rates from the back and front ends.
  • Contact hotels for queries, missing information or discrepancy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Tourism and Hotel management Graduate or Bachelors degree in a related Field.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in loading hotel rates/contents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Familiarity with hotel rate structures, terms and conditions.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Preferably travel & tourism background.
