The General Manager will have full responsibility for the establishment, with a central role in embodying the place, both to the teams and to the clientele.

He/she will be responsible for the overall performance of the asset, while developing a distinctive customer experience, in line with contemporary luxury standards.

• Optimize revenue across all profit centers (accommodation, food and beverage, spa)
• Ensure rigorous management of costs and investments

Positioning & influence

• Positioning the establishment as a must-see destination in Paris
• To develop strong local appeal (the Parisian clientele)
• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams

F&B & lifestyle

• To have a strong vision for the F&B concepts, the true pillars of the place
• Ensuring consistency between offer, atmosphere and customer expectations
• To develop programming and activities for the venue
