We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and professional Lady Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our Sister Concern Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all departments
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.
Train, motivate, and manage hotel staff to ensure high performance and positive work culture.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Ensure all hotel operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Implement strategies for improving occupancy rates and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality (minimum 5 years).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
