Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accurate hotel inventory, rates, promotions and availability on hotel extranet systems.
  • Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business requirements and operational targets.
  • Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Handle operational challenges efficiently while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 2 5 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, including at least 1 year in online accommodation operations.
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs, bedbanks and online hotel platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with hotel extranet systems, including inventory updates, rate loading, promotions and availability management.
  • Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems effectively.
  • Customer- and partner-oriented mindset.
