The Ideal candidate should have:
Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimize revenues.
- Outstanding communication and guest relations skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservations systems, and front office procedures.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, scheduling, and quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 7 years of experience in hotel operations.
