Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, offering menus and informing them about daily specials with genuine enthusiasm to set a positive tone.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring clarity and minimizing errors.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining impeccable presentation standards to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor tables, anticipating guest needs, and proactively refilling drinks or clearing dishes, demonstrating attentive service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a focus on hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Possesses relevant certifications such as food handling and alcohol service permits, demonstrating commitment to safety.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, showcasing practical knowledge of service procedures.
- Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and international exposure.
