Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate hotel transport bookings, schedules, and guest movement
Communicate with hotel staff, drivers, and operations teams
Ensure timely vehicle assignments and smooth guest handling
Manage transport-related documentation and daily reports
Handle last-minute requests or operational changes efficiently
Maintain professional communication and service standards
Requirements
Bachelor s degree
Visit visa or cancelled visa candidates preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must be residing in UAE
Previous hotel/transport coordination experience is a plus
