Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities Meal Preparation: Plan and cook daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, specifically tailoring meals to the family's dietary needs and preferences. Cuisine Expertise: Prepare a variety of dishes, with high demand for Arabic cuisine (e.g., Kabsa, Hummus, Shawarma) alongside Indian and Continental/Mediterranean options. Kitchen Management: Purchase groceries, manage weekly meal plans, and maintain inventory and pantry stock levels. Hygiene and Safety: Ensure the kitchen, appliances, and utensils are spotless, sanitized, and adhere to strict food safety guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 25 years of professional or domestic cooking experience, with preference given to "Gulf return" candidates. Skills: Proficiency in English (or basic Arabic) and the ability to multitask. Character: High levels of discretion, trustworthiness, and a respectful attitude toward the family's privacy
