Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable vehicle cleanliness, inside and out, ensuring it reflects the household's standards and your professionalism.
- Execute safe and timely transportation of family members and guests, adhering strictly to traffic laws and prioritizing passenger comfort.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic mechanical inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Plan and manage efficient travel routes, considering traffic conditions and utilizing navigation systems to ensure punctuality.
- Handle errands and deliveries with discretion and efficiency, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive items.
- Manage vehicle scheduling and coordinate service appointments, keeping detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide courteous assistance to passengers, offering a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the household with integrity and respect.
- Respond to urgent transportation requests promptly and efficiently, adapting to changing schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
- Secure the vehicle at all times, ensuring its safety and preventing unauthorized access, especially during overnight parking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing a commitment to safe driving practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a chauffeur or personal driver, preferably within a private household.
- Open to candidates of any nationality, providing equal opportunities for skilled individuals.
- Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication and understanding instructions, a second language is a bonus.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone applications, reflecting technological adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the physical ability to handle luggage and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, exhibiting a proven track record of reliability and responsibility.
