PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This role requires a strong leader, who is confident, highly organized, and capable of managing a team of 50+ staff across all key household departments.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS

• Experience with Menus and events
• Degree in Hospitality highly regarded
• Certificate from a Butler School highly regarded
• Must be presentable with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in large-scale household operations minimum 5 years.
• Strong background working across multi-departmental teams within private households or luxury hospitality.
• Must be adaptable, discreet, and culturally sensitive.

DUTIES

• Oversee daily operations in housekeeping, butler services, kitchen and stewarding, and gardening departments.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Manage household schedules, ensure seamless coordination for menus, events, and special occasions.
• Liaise with principals and senior staff to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Train new staff and uphold performance standards across the team.
