Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring every surface sparkles and meets the highest standards.
- Change bed linens and towels daily, paying close attention to detail and presentation for a fresh and inviting guest experience.
- Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and water, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a well-stocked room.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas, maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, leaving no speck of dust behind, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous, showcasing familiarity with cleaning procedures and standards.
- Relevant certifications in housekeeping or sanitation are a plus, indicating specialized knowledge and skills.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is a significant advantage, providing insights into guest expectations and service standards.
- No specific nationality preference, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
