Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and hotel areas according to brand standards
- Restock linens, amenities, and supplies to ensure readiness for new arrivals
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storerooms in organized condition
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service
- Assist team members when required to support smooth daily operations
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
Basic English communication skills (reading, speaking, understanding)
Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor
Willingness to learn, flexible, and adaptable to hotel operations
Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
