Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily housekeeping briefings and follow assigned tasks and schedules.
  • Maintain par stock of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities in floor pantries.
  • Ensure linen shelves and supply areas are well organized and fully stocked.
  • Provide room attendants with the necessary tools, products, and equipment.
  • Collect and properly dispose of garbage, recyclables, and used linen from assigned areas.
  • Follow proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment as per hotel standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the housekeeping office immediately.
  • Assist with inventory checks of linen, supplies, and housekeeping materials.
  • Support room attendants and the linen room team as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel s room layouts, corridors, and storage areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
