Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, replace linens, and restock amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, corridors, and public areas
- Handle laundry tasks including collection, sorting, and delivery
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly
- Ensure guest rooms meet Hotel Indigo cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist team members during peak times to ensure smooth operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner

- Room cleaning and deep-cleaning techniques
