Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage linen inventory by efficiently handling, sorting, and replenishing linens while maintaining quality standards.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and amenities are spotless and inviting.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining the overall comfort of guests.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
  • Perform detailed inspections of guest rooms before check-in to ensure adherence to hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and creating a safe environment for all.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain efficiency and a high standard of cleanliness across the property.
  • Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred, showcasing familiarity with industry standards.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role, providing practical skills and understanding of the hospitality environment.
  • Certification in hospitality management or cleaning techniques is a plus, indicating a commitment to professional development.
