Your Day to Day:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant with strong experience in maintaining public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a positive first impression for our guests by ensuring that lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other shared spaces are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Some of your main role responsibilities are:

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and entrances.
• Ensure all public area fixtures, furnishings, and decorative items are dust-free, polished, and properly arranged.
• Perform regular checks and deep cleaning of high-traffic areas throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain professional, friendly interactions.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and service areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Assist with cleaning of back-of-house areas such as staff corridors and locker rooms, as needed.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in line with hotel policies and local regulations.
  
  

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel company is essential.
• 1 year previous experience in a similar position or a related field
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
