Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and welcoming.
- Restock essential items such as toiletries, linens, and towels, maintaining inventory for efficient operations.
- Maintain organized cleaning carts and storage areas, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Assist in laundry services, ensuring linens and uniforms are washed, dried, and neatly stored.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing information and assistance as needed to enhance their stay.
