The Role of the Housekeeping Attendant Golf Villas & Resort:

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the Golf Villas and Resort guest areas. Your dedication to detail and commitment to service excellence will ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable, welcoming, and luxurious environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites, and golf villas, ensuring they meet the highest Four Seasons standards before guest arrival and throughout their stay. This includes making beds, replenishing amenities, refreshing linens and towels, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring all furnishings and fixtures are spotless and well-presented.

You will also ensure that public areas and villa surroundings within the Golf Villa community are maintained in pristine condition. Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency are essential in delivering the level of service expected by Four Seasons guests.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work closely with your supervisors and team members to ensure daily assignments are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. You will also report any maintenance issues, missing items, or guest preferences to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest s stay at the Golf Villas and Resort is memorable and comfortable.

Area of Responsibility

Housekeeping services across the Golf Villas and Resort guest areas, including guest rooms, villa interiors, bathrooms, and surrounding areas as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and housekeeping procedures
  • Basic understanding of guest service standards
  • Ability to communicate in basic English
  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
