Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Summary of responsibilities:
- To consistently offer a professional, friendly and pleasant service;
- Check the rooms according to the hotel's standards;
- Apply the LQA technical and emotional standards;
- Ensure that standards relating to floor staff are maintained: quality of work, productivity, presentation, attitude, attendance and punctuality;
- To act as a liaison between the staff on the stages and their hierarchy;
- To actively participate in the development of the total quality approach, in particular through proposals for improvement;
- To transmit to superiors the information necessary for the smooth running of the department;
- Take note of the levels assigned to them by the Assistant GG or the General Housekeeper (Opera report);
- Organize the schedule for your sector based on the state of the Op ra computer report and adapt it according to the hotel's priorities;
- to know at all times the progress of the chambers;
- Inform floor staff of corrective actions to be taken when floor inspections reveal differences with the Standards;
- Supervise, note in the instruction book and participate in housing;
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the floors, offices and equipment;
- To commit to the quality of its service, its discretion and its perfect honesty;
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation regulations;
- Respect ergonomic work standards in accordance with health and safety regulations;
- Have a professional attitude, be smiling and remain calm at all times;
- Always maintain impeccable attire, cleanliness and hygiene;
- Respect company standards;
- All other tasks, as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mastery of the French language
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of another language is an asset
- Knowledge of the Op ra system is an asset
- Experience in 5-star hotels is an asset
- Autonomous: able to manage one's time, organize one's work, and conserve energy.
- Flexibility and rigor
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and manage last-minute changes
Visa requirements:
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
