Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring every corner meets high cleanliness standards.
- Perform detailed inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly to management.
- Manage laundry services efficiently, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned, pressed, and distributed timely.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas, maintaining inventory levels to enhance guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Certifications in health and safety, such as OSHA training, are highly desirable.
- Experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred to align with elevated service standards.
