Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations related to cleaning, housekeeping, and soft services.
Lead and train staff to ensure high service standards and compliance with client requirements.
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all service areas.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence.
Prepare reports, schedules, and quality inspection audits.
Requirements:
Nationality: Filipino (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in a facilities management or hospitality environment.
Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
