Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring attention to detail in high-touch areas, such as doorknobs and remote controls.
  • Restock guest supplies, including toiletries and refreshments, to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Report maintenance issues, such as leaks or malfunctioning appliances, to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, utilizing appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment for various surfaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a focus on hospitality or related fields being a plus.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages can enhance communication with diverse guests.
