We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure high cleanliness standards, supervise staff performance, and maintain a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff schedules

Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met

Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed

Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team efficiently

Flexible with working hours, including weekends if required
