Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the medical centre (clinical and non-clinical).

• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in patient areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Manage housekeeping staff schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping-related requirements promptly.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take immediate corrective action.
• Ensure proper waste management, including medical and general waste segregation as per guidelines.
