What You ll Do

* Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service standards
* Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and compliance
* Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and equipment
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and service quality
* Address guest complaints promptly and provide effective solutions
* Coordinate with other departments for special events, VIP requirements, or operational needs
* Implement safety and security procedures within the department
* Prepare and manage staff schedules for effective shift coverage
* Monitor departmental expenses and maintain budget control
* Stay updated on industry practices and introduce innovative housekeeping solutions

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within the hospitality sector
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
* Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safety procedures
* Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Physically fit with stamina to perform housekeeping duties when needed
* High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
