Supervise room attendants, provide guidance, correct deviations, and hand over ready rooms promptly.

Manage VIP and special guest requirements before arrival.

Deliver daily briefings and conduct 15-minute training sessions for housekeeping associates.

Coordinate team training, maintain training records, and support hotel standards measurement.

Report maintenance issues and ensure occupied rooms are serviced before 15:00 hours.

Uphold Do Not Disturb procedures and proper shift handover routines.

Support inventory checks, deep cleaning schedules, and curtain changes.

Ensure guest requests are completed efficiently.

Maintain tidy service rooms, clean corridors, and organized trolleys.

Monitor lost and found procedures according to hotel standards.

Ensure correct usage of cleaning chemicals and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Record and report damaged fixtures or hazards in rooms and public areas.

Attend training courses, follow hotel security guidelines, and support evacuation procedures when required.

Promote teamwork, maintain guest satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly.
