Job description: We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who can lead, train, and monitor our cleaning teams to ensure every property meets Neatly’s quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple properties. Conduct quality checks before releasing units. Assign and monitor cleaners’ schedules, job cards, and attendance. Train staff on grooming, cleaning procedures, and product use. Coordinate with the operations and client support teams for smooth handovers. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and linen movement. Report damages, maintenance issues, and client feedback promptly. Support in onboarding new cleaners and evaluating team performance.
