Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and beach facilities to ensure top cleanliness standards
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Manage staff schedules and task assignments
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning materials
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel/resort preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
