Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the hotel.
- Assign daily duties and provide necessary tools and supplies to ensure smooth operation of housekeeping services.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate task assignments, service priorities, and guest requirements.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and quality benchmarks.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost or found property to the relevant departments following company procedures.
- Monitor room status updates (VIP, Do Not Disturb, Out of Order) and coordinate with the Front Office for efficient room turnaround.
- Oversee housekeeping inventory and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of cleaning materials and amenities.
- Train and guide Housekeeping Attendants on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and service excellence.
- Support the Head Housekeeping Supervisor in maintaining a positive, efficient work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school qualification with at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality operations.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent with a strong interest in hotel operations may also be considered.
Previous experience in a luxury or international hotel environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and command of the English language.
Basic computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Ability to multitask, delegate, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
