Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping attendants and assign daily cleaning tasks and operational priorities

Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained

Conduct quality inspections aligned with Forbes 5-star and FAENA luxury service standards

Support onboarding and training of housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards

Monitor housekeeping productivity, workflow, and service delivery throughout shifts

Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently

Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Support VIP arrivals, special requests, deep-cleaning projects, and Lost & Found procedures

Monitor inventory levels of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure operational readiness

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Report maintenance issues, operational concerns, and quality deficiencies promptly

Maintain accurate operational records and support departmental reporting requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment, including supervisory or coordinator experience

Previous exposure to Forbes 5-star or AAA 5-Diamond standards preferred

Familiarity with Opera PMS and housekeeping systems preferred

Strong leadership, team supervision, and organizational skills

High attention to detail with a strong understanding of luxury cleanliness and presentation standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion

Knowledge of inventory control, linen management, chemical handling, and safety procedures

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and reporting skills

Hospitality qualification or related education preferred
