Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver top-quality service.

Ensure all areas of the residence are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards.

Manage staff schedules, housekeeping inventories, and the procurement of cleaning supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or professional training in hospitality or a related field.

2 3 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel or upscale resort.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.

Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
