Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to teach staff effective cleaning techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff post-training.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff to enhance their skill set.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Update training materials regularly to include current best practices.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for newly hired housekeeping employees.

Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey training materials.
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs.
- Ability to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
- Familiarity with current health and safety regulations in housekeeping.
- Certification in hospitality or housekeeping training will be advantageous.
