1. · Regularly clean and look after all outdoor areas of the premises, including regularly sweeping, washing and wiping down, and polishing various areas and picking up trash and yard waste as needed between visits from the gardeners.

2. Maintain equipment and facilities, such as changing HVAC air filters, replacing light bulbs, cleaning drains and gutters.

3. Do paint touch ups and wood repairs others.

4· Run errands and shopping in the local vincinity

5· Regularly clean and organize stock and storage areas such as garage cabinets and storage rooms and shed.

6· Perform minor paint touch ups to walls and areas of the house that are scuffed or looking worn. Know when to request a professional painter to avoid damaging sensitive surfaces or materials.

7· Assist with moving or carrying boxes or small and large items. Always take proper safety precautions to avoid injuring yourself or others or damaging items, and always ask for help when needed.
