Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

" 5-8 years of experience in IT end-user support with at least 2 years in VIP or executive support roles. " Expert knowledge in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams/Zoom/AV tools, mobile device management (MDM). " Experience with VIP application environments like Bloomberg, Citrix, or financial systems (as applicable). " Familiarity with remote support tools and fast issue triaging/escalation practices.

Preferred Qualification: " Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. " Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus. " Experience supporting mobile devices and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
