HR Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employees and clients regarding HR-related inquiries and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation sessions for new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Assist in resolving employee complaints, inquiries, and workplace issues under HR supervision.
• Follow up with employees to monitor satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated clearly and applied properly.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth HR operations.
• Support employee retention initiatives and day-to-day account management activities.

Requirements

• Excellent English level is a must, both spoken and written.
• 1 3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Account Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Very good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
