Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining employee files and HR records.
  • Managing the HR department's schedule and appointments.
  • Coordinating meetings and supporting general HR administrative tasks.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails related to HR matters.
  • Data entry and document preparation using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Assisting with the preparation and printing of HR documents and contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 2 years of experience in administration or secretarial work (preferably in an industrial or factory setting).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Relevant educational background (Diploma or Bachelor's degree).
  • Professional attitude, with strong commitment and reliability.
