Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor employees attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
- Handle the full hiring process: sourcing, interviews, job offers, and contracts.
- Prepare and update employees files (both hard and soft copies).
- Manage social insurance records (additions, updates, cancellations).
- Prepare official letters and internal correspondence.
- Organize and archive documents and contracts in a proper filing system.
- Follow up on daily office needs (supplies, maintenance, services, etc.).
- Support management with administrative tasks and meeting arrangements.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
