Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Support hiring requirements for other subsidiaries / group entities, coordinating recruitment activities as needed
• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database (HRMS)
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Coordinate with PRO for Visa processing and Labour contracts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, demonstrating professional HR knowledge.
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration, ideally within a multinational company.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English and any other regional languages.
