Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to fulfill Expleo s hiring needs (sourcing, screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews to build a strong talent pipeline).
- ATS Management: Keeping track of all applicants via the ATS and ensuring applicants are informed about the application process.
- Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process and the induction program for new hires.
- Travel Management: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and assisting with visa issuance.
- SAP System Management: Maintaining employee records and data within the SAP system.
- Event Coordination: Planning, organizing, and executing company events, such as team-building events, workshops, and employment fairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in German and English is a MUST
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study
- Experience with an ATS is a plus
- Experience in SAP is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work individually.
- Deadline oriented.
