Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems

  • Handle full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation

  • Prepare payroll data and coordinate salary processing

  • Oversee employee benefits including medical insurance and welfare programs

  • Support performance management processes and evaluations

  • Ensure positive employee relations and handle HR-related matters

2. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations

  • Manage company assets including office equipment and supplies

  • Coordinate utilities and service providers (electricity, telecom, facilities, etc.)

  • Handle company vehicle administration and usage tracking

  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor management

3. Government Affairs & Compliance

  • Manage employee visa applications, renewals, and immigration procedures

  • Handle JAFZA Gate Pass applications and access permits

  • Liaise with government authorities and free zone entities

4. External Coordination

  • Coordinate with media and external partners for company promotions

  • Manage administrative coordination with vendors and service providers

5. Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager

  • Assist with internal communication and operational coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience

  • Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management

  • Experience in office administration and operations

  • Experience working in multinational or international environments preferred


Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and execution abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Additional Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred

  • Age below 40 years

  • Valid UAE driving license required

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Candidates with experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments are highly preferred
