Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems
Handle full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Prepare payroll data and coordinate salary processing
Oversee employee benefits including medical insurance and welfare programs
Support performance management processes and evaluations
Ensure positive employee relations and handle HR-related matters
2. Administration & Office Management
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
Manage company assets including office equipment and supplies
Coordinate utilities and service providers (electricity, telecom, facilities, etc.)
Handle company vehicle administration and usage tracking
Coordinate office maintenance and vendor management
3. Government Affairs & Compliance
Manage employee visa applications, renewals, and immigration procedures
Handle JAFZA Gate Pass applications and access permits
Liaise with government authorities and free zone entities
4. External Coordination
Coordinate with media and external partners for company promotions
Manage administrative coordination with vendors and service providers
5. Executive Support
Provide administrative support to the General Manager
Assist with internal communication and operational coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience
Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management
Experience in office administration and operations
Experience working in multinational or international environments preferred
Skills
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and execution abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements
Female candidates preferred
Age below 40 years
Valid UAE driving license required
Strong English communication skills
Candidates with experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments are highly preferred
