Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our team as an HR & Admin Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews , and coordinating with candidates.
- Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Prepare and organize employee documents, letters, and reports .
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation activities.
- Handle basic office administration such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support in managing office supplies, staff attendance, and daily administrative tasks .
- Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and internal coordination .
- Provide support during HR events, training sessions, and meetings .
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies .
