Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR Administrative Officer

  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel (employee files, contracts, certificates, etc.)
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of payroll elements
  • Manage absences, holidays and regulatory clearances
  • Follow up on CNAS files (sick leave, affiliations, etc.)
  • Update HR databases and dashboards
  • Participate in recruitment operations (CV screening, invitations, follow-up)
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations

  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 level in human resources, management or equivalent
  • Desired experience in a similar role (HR or administrative)
  • Good knowledge of Algerian labor law
  • My proficiency with office software (Excel is essential)
  • Sense of organization, rigor and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit

Desired Candidate Profile
