Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- HR Administrative Officer
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel (employee files, contracts, certificates, etc.)
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of payroll elements
- Manage absences, holidays and regulatory clearances
- Follow up on CNAS files (sick leave, affiliations, etc.)
- Update HR databases and dashboards
- Participate in recruitment operations (CV screening, invitations, follow-up)
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 level in human resources, management or equivalent
- Desired experience in a similar role (HR or administrative)
- Good knowledge of Algerian labor law
- My proficiency with office software (Excel is essential)
- Sense of organization, rigor and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 level in human resources, management or equivalent
