Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze HR data including recruitment, attrition, headcount, and performance metrics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and business leadership
Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, turnover, and workforce trends
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems
Support HR system enhancements, automation, and reporting improvements
Assist in workforce planning by analyzing hiring trends and resource needs
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven insights
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with data governance standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, Data Analysis, or reporting roles
Experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS/HCM platforms)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis)
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of HR data management practices
