Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data including recruitment, attrition, headcount, and performance metrics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and business leadership

  • Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, turnover, and workforce trends

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems

  • Support HR system enhancements, automation, and reporting improvements

  • Assist in workforce planning by analyzing hiring trends and resource needs

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven insights

  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with data governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, Data Analysis, or reporting roles

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS/HCM platforms)

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis)

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Strong understanding of HR data management practices
