JOB TITLE
HR Analyst (HRIS)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Certification (Optional): Professional Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, Onboarding, RCM, PMGM or equivalent).

  • Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules and ensuring system stability.

JOB SCOPE

Support HR with analysis on HR programs, policy, processes, study, analysis and systems. Provide recommendations for the improvement of HR management activities. Perform various supporting responsibilities aiming to provide timely and effective deliverables related to HR issues. Ensure all HR programs are accomplished in compliance with strategies and operational priorities. Plan, schedule, implement and contribute in HR activities to support operations.

COMMUNICATION
  • Internal: Report and refer on a regular basis with hierarchy. Implement pertinent policies, exchange information, discuss and know relevant KPIs/performance parameters. Provide service to other organizations.

  • External: Communicate with the implementers companies to ensure good implementation.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Conduct HR analyses, provide insights on HR policies, processes and systems, identify gaps, interpret data, compare against benchmark practices and recommend improvements.

  2. Organize and maintain HR policies, processes and systems; ensure relevant assessments and consultations; operate, maintain and update HR systems.

  3. Handle queries or requests from reporting officers, stakeholders; clarify analysis, data, reports, HR policies and systems.

  4. Implement SuccessFactors modules and ensure system stability.

  5. Develop and formulate policies and procedures, secure approvals, implement and periodically evaluate effectiveness.

  6. Conduct impact analysis of organizational changes and recommend HR directions.

  7. Maintain OM systems, organization structures, positions, authority levels, workflows, SAP-ERP/SuccessFactors data.

  8. Monitor and conduct quality control on systems, processes, documents and records; update internal control tools.

  9. Participate in organizational effectiveness interventions, change management initiatives, and HRIS programs.

  10. Enhance existing HR processes, identify bottlenecks, redundancies, risks, and recommend solutions; oversee upgrades and additions with HRIS.

  11. Collaborate with HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements; support process improvement and reengineering projects.

  12. Analyse organizational, occupational, and industrial data; provide technical information.

  13. Coordinate with HRIS on organizational charts, job titles, supervisory structures; support competency mapping with Training & Development.

  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
