HR Analyst Specialist TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst Specialist in Riyadh to manage payroll and HR operations, ensuring accurate compensation processing and efficient HR services in compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and manual systems Assist in managing HR operations, including attendance, leave, and benefits administration Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company HR policies Collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve payroll and HR-related queries Support audits and provide required documentation Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR payroll and operations Proficient in payroll processing and HR operations best practices Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS platforms Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) Experience with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools Fluency in Arabic and English Experience in a multinational organization
