Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
- Personnel Administrative Management
Oversee HR administrative management (employment contracts, personnel files, certificates, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor legislation and internal procedures.
- Payroll and Benefits Management
Ensure the reliability and accuracy of the payroll process.
Manage benefits management and relations with social organizations (CNSS, CIMR, insurance, mutual insurance companies, etc.).
- Social Relations & Consulting
Be the preferred contact for employees on all administrative and social issues.
Contribute to maintaining a positive social climate and support managers in managing social issues.
- Cross-functional Projects
Participate in HR projects aimed at optimizing administrative and social processes.
Develop initiatives to improve the employee experience and support the company's HR strategy.
