Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel administrative files (contracts, absences, leave, certificates)
  • Manage the recruitment process (posting job offers, screening CVs, sending out interviews)
  • Participate in the integration of new employees
  • Prepare the variable payroll elements
  • Follow training courses and skills development
  • Update HR databases
  • Drafting letters and administrative documents
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor laws

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac +2 to Bac +3 in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, HR software)
  • Organization and rigor
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
