Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and general HR administration.
Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Handle attendance, leave records, and HR reports
Assist in payroll coordination and employee queries
Support visa, Iqama, and insurance documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws is required
English proficiency required; Arabic is an added advantage.
