Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and general HR administration.


  • Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding and joining formalities

  • Handle attendance, leave records, and HR reports

  • Assist in payroll coordination and employee queries

  • Support visa, Iqama, and insurance documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws is required

  • English proficiency required; Arabic is an added advantage.
